Return policy

This policy applies to purchases from Glenn Carter delivered in the United States. Nothing in these policies limits rights you have under applicable US consumer law.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items: size, fit, style, or change of mind, and also items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.
We only sell to, ship to, and accept returns from customers in the United States.
No exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. We do not swap sizes, colours, or products. If an item is not right, return it for a refund under this policy. To buy a different size or colour, place a new order.
Condition we accept
We only accept items that are new or slightly used.
New means unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it arrived, with original tags and packaging where supplied.
Slightly used means the item may have been tried on or worn lightly (once or twice). It must still be clean and saleable: no stains, odours, holes, rips, missing parts, or other damage caused after delivery. Return original tags and packaging where they are still available.
We do not accept returns of items that are heavily worn, washed (except where needed to show a defect), altered, or damaged by the customer.
Every return must include proof of purchase. Your order confirmation email is sufficient.
How to return
Email support@glenn-carter.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the return address by email.
Do not send items back until we have confirmed the return.
Return postage
The customer is responsible for return postage on every return, including fit, style, change of mind, and items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
Glenn Carter is not responsible for return parcels that are delayed, lost, or sent without tracking. We do not refund return postage.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
When we receive the return, we inspect it. If it meets this policy, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. We will email you when the refund is issued. The time it then takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Original outbound shipping is free, so there is nothing to refund for outbound postage. Return postage is not refunded. There is no restocking fee.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not the product you ordered, email support@glenn-carter.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs. We will refund the item price. You still pay the return postage. We do not exchange it for another item.
Cancellations before dispatch
If you need to cancel an order, email support@glenn-carter.com with your order number as soon as possible.
If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may refuse the delivery where the carrier allows it, or return the item after delivery under this 30-day return policy.
